In the dystopian future of 2017, the United States is embroiled in a second civil war, and the city of Steel Harbor is one of the last free zones. Barb Wire, a tough and resourceful nightclub owner and bounty hunter, becomes entangled in a high-stakes conflict involving a fugitive scientist and a pair of contact lenses that could change the course of the war.
