The Fixer

“The Fixer” is a British drama series created by Kudos for ITV, set in contemporary Britain. The storyline centers on John Mercer, a former soldier from the British Special Forces. After discovering that his sister, Jess Mercer, was abused by their aunt and uncle, he kills them and is subsequently arrested. However, he is released from prison ahead of schedule to join a secretive state security team. In this role, he becomes a government-sanctioned assassin tasked with taking out criminals and corrupt police officers who evade the justice system.
