The Christmas Pageant

Vera Parks (Melissa Gilbert), a high-strung and exacting Broadway director, finds herself dismissed from yet another position, forcing her to accept a role directing a Christmas pageant in a small town in upstate New York. Initially taken aback by the simplicity of the production, Vera considers withdrawing, but the locals persuade her to give their town a chance. To her surprise, Vera begins to appreciate the town’s warmth and charm, and she finds joy in directing the pageant. When she learns that her ex-fiancé Jack (Robert Mailhouse) was the one who suggested her for the job, she is initially furious. However, as time passes, Vera comes to value his gesture and grows closer to both Jack and his young daughter (Lennon Wynn). Will love take center stage this time?
