The Scottish Play

A celebrated actress takes on the part of Lady Macbeth at a modest theater in New England. There, she starts a flirtatious relationship with her endearingly clumsy young director. Meanwhile, she becomes troubled by the spirit of William Shakespeare, who is eager to make some script changes.
